Improve your coordination and learn the techniques of the ‘sweet science’ whilst you develop your fitness and muscular endurance in a safe environment. You are going to learn to transfer power from the feet up through the kinetic chain to your punch, utilizing breath control and core rotation which in turn help improve core and muscle tone.
We us glove drills and ring craft exercises to improve your timing and hand-eye coordination whilst pad work and heavy bags provide a fun workout, helping you to get in shape and reduce body fat. Boxing training is often considered to be a great alternative to the gym!
